With the second season of the Rocket League Championship Series announced to begin signups on Aug. 24th, rostermania is in full effect for both Europe and North America. There are quite a few notable free agents around and many could have a large impact on the upcoming season of RLCS.In the championships home region, North America, the top rosters surprisingly seem to be sticking together for the long haul.
