Lewis Hamilton reckons his first Brazilian Grand Prix victory was one of the easiest wins of his Formula One career.Hamilton finally broke his Brazil winless duck at the 10th attempt, leading every lap of a chaotic stop-start race to net his ninth victory of the season. The Briton finished over 11 seconds clear of Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg, cutting the Germans points lead to just 12 in the title fight. When asked whether it was one of his toughest wins, Hamilton replied: Probably one of the easier ones, it was a very easy race. Usually in the rain here its the hardest. Honestly, as I said, I didnt have any spins. I didnt have any moments and it was pretty straightforward. Silverstone 2008 was way harder than this. For me I was generally just chilling out front. When it rains thats usually a good day for me. Today was tricky for everyone, there was differently opportunities for aquaplaning, which everyone did. I want to say a big thank you to my team, we are creating history in this team and Im so proud to be part of it.This has been my dream since the first time I watched Ayrton [Senna] race when I was like five or six years old. To win here... And its the 44th win here as well so its kind of a lucky weekend.Hamilton swapped his special Ayrton Senna-themed yellow helmet for his usual white helmet during the first red flag period -- following Kimi Raikkonens hefty shunt on the start-finish straight -- after complaining of water streaming down his visor and into his eyes.Like many drivers, Rosberg had a nervy moment coming onto the main straight as he suffered a half-spin, but the German avoided potential calamity and continued to take second. Unlike his teammate, the triple world champion says his helmet change was the only problem he faced on Sunday. That was the only drama today, no mistakes, no issues, no spins, Hamilton explained. It was kind of interesting to hear along the race how many people behind were spinning and that but I didnt have that problem. Im really happy about it.Hamiltons 52nd career win -- which moves him clear of Alain Prost in second place in the all-time winners list -- keeps his title hopes alive and ensures the championship will be decided at Abu Dhabi later this month.Im hunting and all I can do is do what Im doing right now, Hamilton said. The team has been giving me a great car and finally the reliability has been really good so the results have really shown that. Im going to go and give it everything Ive got. Ken Giles Jersey . Mitch Holmberg added a goal and three assists. Connor Chartier also scored for the Chiefs (3-0-0). Luke Harrison spoiled Garrett Hughsons shutout bid with a power-play goal at 13:17 of the third period. The Spokane goaltender finished with 28 saves, including a Brandon Fushimi penalty shot in the second period that would have tied the game 1-1. Andy Pettitte Jersey . It was hard for Luck to pull off another comeback, or even get into the end zone, while standing on the sideline. Rivers threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to rookie Keenan Allen and Nick Novak kicked four field goals to give the Chargers a 19-9 victory against the Colts on Monday night. Middlesbrough will be expecting to maintain their strong start to the Premier League season when they welcome struggling Crystal Palace to the Riverside on Saturday.Boro (1-2-0) are yet to be beaten in theIR first top-flight campaign for eight years, but defender Dani Ayala insists that the players arent feeling overconfident. Theyll look to extend that run when they face a Palace side who have managed just a single goal in their opening three matches. We have five points from three games, but we know it is just the start, Ayala said. In this league you can lose games in the blink of an eye.You are coming up against the best strikers. If you lose the ball you know they are going to score. We have to keep getting points -- we cant rest on our laurels.Boros chances against Palace (0-1-2) will be improved with the availability of summer signings Marten de Roon and Victor Valdes after the pair recovered from injuries that have kept them out since the opening weekendThankfully, they are OK and ready to play, manager Aitor Karanka said. Its really good news because we have a nice problem to choose the best 11, and the best seven for the bench. All of (the players) deserve to be involved, but they understand that we have to think about the best for the team. However, Boro still will have some absentees with Grant Leadbitter out until December with a hernia and James Husband still recovering from a dislocated shoulder.Saturdays visitors to Teesside have enjoyed a disappointing start to the campaign, failing to find the net against West Brom and Tottenham Hotspur on the opening two matchdays before grinding out a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth prior to the international break.ddddddddddddKeen to add some leadership to a rudderless squad, Palace manager Alan Pardew has brought in free agent and former Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini this week -- a decision that the coach thinks could really benefit the team.I thought it was important to get another midfield player, Pardew said. His playing ability will help us but also his leadership qualities and his ability of how to win games in a passing style. I am delighted that we have secured a player of his stature.Flamini could be in line to make an immediate debut due to doubts over the fitness of fellow central midfielders James McArthur and Yohan Cabaye. Bakary Sako is also a doubt for the Eagles, but forward Loic Remy -- on loan from Chelsea -- is definitely out.New Boro striker Alvaro Negredo has been involved in all three of his sides goals so far this season (one goal and two assists), whereas Palace new boy Christian Benteke failed to score on his debut for the club. The Belgium international was also called offside five times against Bournemouth, giving him the highest number in the division despite only playing a single match.Saturdays meeting will be the first top-flight clash between the two in over a decade. Middlesbrough won both games the last time these two were in the Premier League, and Palace have never picked up three points at the Riverside in five attempts. ' ' '
